Our History

Established in 2017 by Timothy J Burns (TJ), Burns Surveying LLC is a family owned and operated business. With the help and guidance of our surveyor and mentor RPLS Barry S Rhodes, our Surveyor in Training (SIT), Kevin Brotherton, and our hardworking and dedicated staff, we have grown the company into what it is today while maintaining the family atmosphere. Beginning with only 3 employees including TJ and Barry, we have grown to over 100 employees and each has become a member of our family.
